Re:DECAYING CITY 6 Years, 1 Month ago
in migration is inevitable especially in a place like hours and i kept wondering why realtors have a hard time selling their product/s. have talked to some realtors, some prospected buyers and their concerns kaya di matuloy ang deal are: affordability, accessibility and location... yung isa nga sabi "kulang kasi sa skill yung seller..dapt kabisado nya binebenta nya tsaka me training para ma enhance yung convincing capabilities nya"

Some call baguio as the gateway to the north(well, some LGUs are contesting it), the "economic hub of the north". with baguio's land area of 57.6 sq.km, and like 25% or so which is unbuildable, san natin talaga ilalagay ang mga tao? surely problems like water, garbage etc..etc.... will crop up. anyways, measures are being done but some are not due to political will and the lack of the city's constituents cooperation.

we have this "plan".... the BLIST PLAN (BLIST=baguio, la trinidad, itogon, sablan and tuba) but is i is shelved?? or set aside due to ..... again... the in cooperation of the abovested BLIST areas. the plan contains the sharing of resources, economic, natural, financial etc..... sana nga matuloy ito para pati yung nearby municipalities ng baguio eh ma develop din.

Re:DECAYING CITY 6 Years, 1 Month ago
THANKS AGAIN forumers
Gh0stUnit, marvzky, noicab, crash and Sanoy.

i had fun reading your comments and other related topic.

it made me realize that i am not a good seller yet.

hehehehehe...

(im not actualy a realtor, im just hoping to be one soon)

aside from the blist that i have learned which it didnt pursue, another proposal THAT would contribute for the development of baguio, is the renovation of Burnham park (yung magiging high tech at magkaroon na ang 2nd to 3rd floor na ang burnham) but ofcourse this will never happen talga kase according to mr.burnham, no body should change its original ambience but rather just clean and preserve it. lastly, is the selling of athletic bowl to koreans, but i have no updates regarding that anymore, and the selling of camp johnhay also.

all i am wishing for ay matuloy sana ang pagpapaganda ng market natin. we are one of the most dirtiest market in the whole phil.

anyways, once again dear forumers, hoping for more
suggestions, sharing, and other related topics.
better strat plan, better swot analysis etc.

thanks again mbb..

Good Sellers & Realtors are not born, they are made.

re Athletic Bowl being sold or leased by Koreans, it is against the law and illegal to award such government property/deal to any body without bidding.

re our market, I can still stand its stench compared to that of the capital of the country. For that matter, still it need cleaning preceded by responsible vigilance by the people and the lgu.

Again, if you'll be selling properties in the future, don't believe in quick cash or get rich quick schemes, but in hard work, putting value to it and service to others. In the long run, your selling point will be YOUR NAME.
