para pag pinara kayo ng parak dahil "modified" motor niyo, ipakita niyo ito.


SUMMARY:

1. Only one backrider is allowed provided with a seat and footrest.
2. A cargo shall be allowed as long as it's not more than two feet from the side, and not higher than the rider when seated.
3. Failure to wear a helmet: P1,500 fine plus a seminar on traffic safety.
4. LTO and DTI memos banning of modified parts are SUSPENDED.
5. Wearing ordinary closed shoes shall not be penalized.
6. All others inconsistent of the above statements are revoked and superseded (void and removed).

Mga fellow bikers.. nahuli ako sa not wearing a helmet.. instead of 1,500.00 pesos as stated sa memorandum. 250.00 pesos siningil sakin.. hehe buti naman. kala ko 1,500 na talaga. dont know what happened..

modified suspended??? eh di pwede na palitan ang pipe ko ng pang big bike para tatabi ang mga honda hek hek hek hek.

bkit ako po nahuli sa may km.6 last month n bago palang ilabas ang memorandum na i2 pro sinisingil na ako ng 1,500 kaya ayun d ko pa makuha... buti pa kyo 250.00 lang .....any suggestion .. pa help nman po oh ....

eh malamang yung sa inyo po eh "legal" na ginawa - meaning, may ticket ka. malamang rookie police ang nanghuli sayo.

yung p250 ata eh "lagay" lang yun. sana nakiusap ka.

Bro' kung nasau pa yung ticket.. punta ka sa City Hall bayaran mo dun.. ask mo muna kung magkanu... kc ako dumeretso lang ko.. 250 naman siningil. good luck!

kung nahuli ka, kunin mo ang plate number o license mo sa LTO Engineers Hill o kaya sa HPG office sa likod ng convention center. ipakita mo ang violation ticket mo.
