Try to Format the disk drive and copy 1 or two MOVIE/MP3/MP4 and try to play it again. Hope this work.

how big is the file?

There are two things you could check.

1. Check if your files are above the Fat32 limit. USB drives are formatted with Fat32 with a limit of 4 gb per file. But since you were able to transfer them at all probably means your file is smaller than this. If so....

2. Since you just recently bought your flash drives, check if they are fake. Download h2testw. This file will check if your USBs are fake or for a simple check, just fill up your USB to its limit (put in mp3s) then run them, if it shows an error that it can't read the file, the flash drive is probably fake. (ex. the 16 gb is really a 1 gb drive, or the 4 gb is really a 256 mb drive)

Kung nasa warranty pa yan papalit mo na agad, sayang din yan, parang mga MP4 player na 4 gig daw pero pag lumampas na sa 128mb yong nilalagay mong songs maggiging corupted na.

thankx po sa response format po is fat32. then i tried ntfs. ganun pa din po. ung 16gig flashdrive, hanggang 2movies lng kaya nya i save. anyway i bought it from an mbbseller ng usb. try ko po check if fake. thanx a lot po

Kahit sir may tatak sya nafafake pa rin. Pwedeng iflash ung USB to display a higher capacity or pwedeng palitan ung USB sa loob mismo. There are guides on line how to disassemble and check if the hardware is fake. Pero para mas madali, better to test it with the file I posted above na lang. This is why mahirap bumili ng USB online lalo na kung galing China where most of the fakes come from.
