Feedbacks regarding warranty of PC Retail Shops
How long before they replace a defective unit?

it depends upon the item and the PC retail shop. ex. A standard USB Flash drive, it takes 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the RMA procedure agreement between the Retail shop and supplier.

A WD Caviar Blue HDD cannot be detected in the bios of my PC before. I returned it to CHELSEY and they replaced it right away.

Ganun din sa Emaxx mobo na nabili ko dun, pinalitan din agad.

in my case, a generic ddr2 memory. the store where i bought it said it takes a month for a replacement because they are sending back the item to the supplier. so i'm waiting for one month

Good for you sir.. yung pinawarranty ko dun sir last May 12 pa.. until now wala pang malinaw na result.. naka 4 na balik na ako..

samsung led monitor pinalitan agad sa enigma when i brought it back pero depende yata sa availability ng stock kasi about 2 yrs ago may binalik akong tplink router nireplace na lang ng dlink nag add na lang ako ng amount. sa microstar naman, PNY flashdrive, sinubukan muna nila ayusin mga isang oras ko din inantay tapos nung ayaw talaga pinalitan na lang.

COM-PLEX, usually the replacement is a week to a month max depending on stocks of distro. 1 graphics card and 3 hard drives with warranty intact, they replaced them outright w/ no problems.

I had a good experience with Sony. My high school sister infected the i5 Vaio with some virus. Since the hard drive data could not be retrieved, the service center offered a replacement hard drive from Singapore. We were to wait for one week but got a new HD in three days.

She never got to use the Vaio again for safe measure. I still feel uneasy when she uses my Phenom rig as she also triggered Windows Genuine Advantage issues with Pirated Win 7 Ulti, though I fixed it soon after.

i bought a 500gb Samsung HDD sa Chelsey,mga 2month ko nagamit bigla ndi madetect..
dinala ko sa chelsey,,and sa lahat ng binilhan ko,e2 ang the best experience ko sa warranty.pinalitan ora mismo yung HDD ko ng brand new,they just need your receipt and ayun..Item is Replaced.
