Thanks sir. Matagal na ako naghahanap ng affordable na walang cap kaya interested ako sa mga plan. Oo nga sir actually not fair of use yan.
My actual use right now is 15GB+ of download per day so 15GB per month is too meager.

Masayang masaya na sana ako sa smart lte na 11Mbps kaya lang ika cap na sa 1GB per month hayzzz crazy...

This is a sample capping scheme. Always ask for capping policy if you are choosing an ISP.

better move to pldt then. this capping is not applicable for me because most of the time my job requires a lot of data to be access.

ngayon ko rin lang nalaman to.

at saka don sa sinabi ng isang customer na hindi nagsasabi ng totoo yong ibang technician, totoo po yon, sinungalin yong iba.

yong iba nga sinasadya nilang sirain yong linya (in random) para lng may ma e-report sila

i remember there was a time na nawalan ako ng net for 4 days pero nakapag customer service na ako an hour after naputol yong net ko. after 4 days tumawag yong technician sa akin, ang sabi sir ninakaw yong cable ng globe dyan sa area ninyo, bukas po ikakabit namin ang bagong wire ang sabi ko bakit bukas pa eh meron akong trabaho 4 days ng delayed . narinig ko yong bulong ng technician pare trabaho daw. Ilang saglit lang ay meron na akong net. pagdating sa report hindi po nakaw na cable ang nakalagay.

ano po sa tingin nyo, hindi bat hindi magandang halimbawa. ako sa tingin ko sila mismo ang kumuha ng linya, sila mismo ang nagnakaw ng cable kasi mahal yon P400 per kilo.

i just want to share my experience sa PLDT..one week ago ikinabit yung internet namin. day1-ok naman yung internet pero pagsapit ng 6pm, ang bagal sobra,30 minutes na at nag lo loading parin tapos maya maya i wala na then meron ulit kaso super bagal pa rin to think na 5mbps sya at isang computer lang ang nagagamit.so tumawag ako sa hotline nila for technical assistance, kung ano ano pnagawa sakin pero wala pa rin so ang sabi gagawan daw ng report. kinabukasan,day2-may tumawag na taga PLDT at tnatanong kung ok na internet,at that time i ok naman sya so sinabi ko nalang na ok naman. pero pagdating ulit ng 6pm,ito nanaman at wala naman internet,tumawag ulit ako sa hotline nila, ang sabi e re report daw at bukas i magpadala ng technician.day-3, may tumawag na tga PLDT,ang sabi nasa camp 7 daw sila at mag a unload daw cla para maayos na daw connection namin(di ko alam kung anong e unload nila,hehe).pero 6pm na naman e wala ulit internet,grabe nabi bwiset na talaga ako..huhu..tumawag ako sa hotine that day pero ang tagal at walang sumasagot,hinayaan ko lang yung telepono,nagluto pa ako at kumain tapos nung e check ko yung telephone,nag mumusic pa rin which means wala pa ring uma angat.day-4 na, pumunta na ako sa PLDT session rd. para e complain, ang sabi naman nila, e momonitor ko nalang daw ulit at kung ganun parin tawag nalang daw ako sa hotline nila at kinabukasan i e che check daw ng technical team nila.day-5, may tumawag nga pero hindi ako masyado nagconcentrate sa sinasabi nya kasi kinukulit ako ng baby ko,basta may nabanggit lang na remote..pero 6PM na naman at wala na naman! bale everyday 6pm-10am e walang internet..day-6 and day-7 i ganun pa rin walang pag babago, day-8, pumunta ulit ako sa pldt sa session rd.,sinabi ko na yung complain ko at cge at ine email ko na para ma check nila,yun lang ang sabi,,at ito na naman gabi na naman at walang internet,ne hindi man lang nag paramdam ang pldt about my concerns,buti nalang di ko pa napa cut off ung smartbro,.kaloka talaga ni hindi masimulan ang bussiness dahil sa kapabayaan nila

Anyway, here's my story...

I had my DSL and phone line connected in April. From May to August the speed kept decreasing from 80% to 30%. I gave them allowance for the upgrade period in August but from September until now the speed is from 0.2mbps to 1mbps on a 5mbps line, with intervals reaching 2mbps that lasts only minutes.
I have called customer service repeatedly since May. When I ask for reports from the technical department here in Baguio they have to record and all they can say is that my concern has been reported. The technicians refuse to contact me through my mobile number claiming they did not know my number although I have told CS several times and the technicians themselves twice over the phone and twice in person. In fact the first tech visit I got was arranged over my cell so they have the number. Then the techs report to customer service that it's my fault they can't fix the line because I am unavailable. But in fact they do not keep appointments, whether I or they themselves choose the date and time. The first tech visit was called in at 8:30 and he said, "Papunta na ako, paki antay lang". He arrived at 1:30. Another time, he did not show up at all on a scheduled visit set anytime for Monday, at their convenience, and called on the wrong number again on Tuesday to reset. I scheduled for Thursday and he was not available. I asked that it be passed to a different tech, and confirmed this through CS.
They repeatedly insist the problem is with my computer, then the router, then the internal line. I retorted that it is not. When I got upset last month about their inaction and lies they were actually able to fix the line remotely as the complaint was on priority status after I called every hour to follow up. When the problem reappeared after less than a day I caled CS, got a call from tech 2 days later and said by all means come and check. The one who called me (of course on the wrong number) identified himself as the head of the tech department and said he would come and fix it in person. Again the tech was late, and it was the same tech I said I didn't want to deal with because he doesn't show up and can't fix the problem, not the head who said he would come. I rescheduled, and he FOR ONCE arrived on time (because I could not let him in last time when he was late). All he did was change the router, no line check, no computer check. He didn't even give me the right password at first. And once the new router was installed I had no access to my network. I confirmed the codes with him then he said he doesn't know how to do anything except the router. Oh, and while he was talking to the guy doing the remote test for the new router, nakipagkwentuhan - inuman at basketball. So I had to reconfigure my network. And all he could say was if I'm using a Samsung phone I need to forget the old network first. Duh, I'm not asking about the mobile connection which I already reset but the network on my computer that I am pointing to on the screen showing a no access error message. And after a few hours (this was Monday morning, Sept 30,) the speed died again.
I have repeatedly explained that they must reach me on my cell to get in touch because I am not constantly sitting beside the landline waiting for a call, but they refuse. I have repeatedly explained that I can wait for them even though I won't sleep (I have three jobs which I work from after lunch to morning), but they don't come. And I have had the landline monitored and I know that they only try calling ONCE the day after every follow up to CS, then once every two days after this.
Only this morning, after 2 days again, did I get a call (wrong number need I say?) and the tech set the appointment for 2pm today. And again they pretended that they don't know my cell number. Well let's see if they actually come this time and do something useful. Does anyone think they will? And how long will it last? I bet no, and 4 hours.

Haha di ko nga pala nasabi... PLDT ang winner.
Ngayong umaga, maayos na ulit ang speed sa wakas, di ko lang alam kung stable na ito...
Ginagamit ko 210.213.242.46/speedtest/ at www.speedtest.net/.
Napansin ko na sa 210.213.242.46/speedtest/ mas maganda and result niya lagi although Ookla din siya... Mapagkatiwalaan kaya itong speed test ng PLDT?
